Senior School students enjoy horse riding as part of our expanding range of co-curricular opportunities available at the school.

Amateur riders of all levels from Years 7 to 10 enjoy a weekly lesson with a British Horse Society (BHS) qualified riding instructor. The more advanced riders are supporting the novices and there is some really great encouragement between the riders with massive smiles despite the cold weather. The lessons will offer progression to jumping after assessing the students’ current levels of skill.

A number of students already represent the school at National Schools Equestrian Association (NSEA) events and in future the club will expand to offer more opportunities to the school’s riders.
