‘Embley Explorer’

London families can benefit from an independent education in the country with the Embley Explorer service from Waterloo. Children can enjoy weekly boarding at the school and weekends at home following a short, fully escorted train journey on the Explorer.

Children are transferred to Southampton Airport Parkway station after school on Friday by private school minibus and arrive at London Waterloo around 6.30pm. On Sunday evenings, a member of our Boarding Family meets the children at London Waterloo and they will travel together on the Embley Explorer, arriving at school by 7.30pm. A packed supper will be provided and children have the opportunity to finish homework and catch up with friends during the journey under the supervision of our staff.
